At this time, we only ship to the US. If you live outside of the US and want to purchase our products, please send us an email via contact@stoneandstarskincare.com so that we are aware of your interest!

We offer free shipping on orders over $75.00.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Items must be unopened, and in their original condition and packaging. We are unable to offer refunds on products that have been opened or used.

If your product arrives damaged or your order is incorrect, please contact us at sales@stoneandstarskincare.com with a photograph and description of the damage or issue. We will then replace or correct the item, as applicable.

Refunds/replacements will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Please note:

– We are unable to accept partial returns for sets, kits, or bundles.

– We are not responsible for returned packages that are lost in transit without proof of delivery.

– We reserve the right to limit or refuse returns if abuse is suspected.

– Samples and free gifts are not eligible for return.
